1. Object of the Contest
EVRIPIDIS BOOKS S.A., headquartered in Chalandri, Attica (11 Andrea Papandreou Street), VAT No. 998642816 (hereinafter the "Organizer"), is organizing a contest titled “SECRET OF SECRETS” (hereinafter the “Contest”).
2. Contest Period
Start: July 31, 2025, at 00:00
End: August 31, 2025, at 23:59
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to all residents of Greece aged 18 or older.
A prerequisite for participation is the pre-order of the book titled “THE SECRET OF SECRETS” (ISBN 9781787634558) via the online store www.evripidis.gr, with payment completed via credit/debit card or IRIS payment system.
Employees of the Organizer and their first- and second-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.
4. Method of Participation
Participants must:
Visit www.evripidis.gr
Pre-order the book “THE SECRET OF SECRETS HB” (ISBN 9781787634558);
Complete the order using a credit/debit card or IRIS.
5. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected through an electronic draw from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on September 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Organizer’s office (90 Agias Paraskevis Street, Chalandri), in the presence of the Organizer’s legal representative.
Ten (10) winners will be selected.
Winners will be notified by email no later than September 3, 2025.
6. Prize
Winners will receive their book via a partner courier service at the shipping address provided during the pre-order.
A refund of the book purchase price will be issued to the payment method originally used (credit/debit card or bank account) within ten (10) days of the draw date.
7. Prize Delivery Terms
The book will be shipped free of charge to the address specified by the winners during the pre-order, after the official release date of the book.
8. Legal Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest and/or its terms at any time.
Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Η ΕΥΡΠΙΔΗΣ ΒΙΒΛΙΑ Α.Ε. με έδρα το Χαλάνδρι Αττικής (οδός Α. Παπανδρέου 11), ΑΦΜ 998642816 (περαιτέρω ο «Διοργανωτής») προκηρύσσει διαγωνισμό με την ονομασία «SECRET OF SECRETS» (περαιτέρω ο «Διαγωνισμός»).
2. Περίοδος Διαγωνισμού:
Έναρξη: 31/7/2025 00:00, Λήξη: 31/8/2025 23:59
3. Δικαίωμα Συμμετοχής:
Ο διαγωνισμός απευθύνεται σε όλους τους κατοίκους Ελλάδας άνω των 18 ετών.
Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την συμμετοχή είναι η προπαραγγελία του βιβλίου «THE SECRET OF SECRETS», ISBN 9781787634558 μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος www.evripidis.gr και η πληρωμή να έχει ολοκληρωθεί με πιστωτική/χρεωστική κάρτα ή iris.
Δεν έχουν δικαίωμα συμμετοχής οι εργαζόμενοι της εταιρείας και οι συγγενείς τους Α' και Β' βαθμού.
4. Τρόπος Συμμετοχής:
Ο χρήστης πρέπει να επισκεφθεί την ιστοσελίδα www.evripidis.gr.
Να προπαραγγείλει το βιβλίο THE SECRET OF SECRETS HB, ISBN 9781787634558.
Να ολοκληρώσει την προπαραγγελία με τρόπο πληρωμής πιστωτική/χρεωστική κάρτα ή iris.
5. Ανάδειξη Νικητών
Οι νικητές θα αναδειχθούν με ηλεκτρονική κλήρωση μεταξύ όλων των έγκυρων συμμετοχών.
Η ηλεκτρονική κλήρωση θα πραγματοποιηθεί την 1/9/2025 και ώρα 11:00 στα γραφεία του διοργανωτή Αγίας Παρασκευής 90 Χαλάνδρι παρουσία του νομικού εκπροσώπου της εταιρείας.
Από την κλήρωση θα αναδειχθούν 10 νικητές.
Οι νικητές θα ενημερωθούν μεσω e-mail μέχρι τις 3/9/2025.
6. Έπαθλο:
Οι νικητές θα παραλάβουν τα βιβλίο τους μέσω συνεργαζόμενης εταιρίας Courier, στην διεύθυνση αποστολής που θα δηλώσουν κατά την προπαραγγελία.
Η επιστροφή των χρημάτων θα γίνει με πίστωση του ποσού στην πιστωτική/χρεωστική κάρτα ή στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό που χρησιμοποιήθηκε κατά την προπαραγγελία, εντός 10 ημέρων από την πραγματοποίηση της κλήρωσης.
7. Όροι Παραλαβής:
Το βιβλίο θα αποσταλεί δωρεάν στους νικητές του διαγωνισμού στην διεύθυνση που έχουν δηλώσει κατά την προπαραγγελία, μετά την επίσημη κυκλοφορία του βιβλίου.
8. Νομικές Διατάξεις:
Ο διοργανωτής διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει τους όρους του διαγωνισμού ή να τον ματαιώσει.
Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά προκύψει θα επιλύεται στα δικαστήρια της Αθήνας.
Η συμμετοχή στο διαγωνισμό συνεπάγεται την ανεπιφύλακτη αποδοχή των όρων του.
